Nitrogen generation system

In case you need high purity nitrogen gas with residual oxygen content of 10 ppm and below, a purifier can be attached to the nitrogen gas generators of the models in the series HY.

Two alternatives are available for purification. One is hydrogenation method (H type) and the other, deoxidation method (D type).

You can select either alternative to obtain the optimum efficiency,consider- ing the costs and requirements such as residual hydrogen content in the product nitrogen gas.
