CHNP Series
CHNP 5000~15000 Nm³/Hr
INTRODUCTION
TIT PAYS! The CHNP Dryers regenerates the desiccant using the heat of compression which otherwise is wasted to save a valuable energy. This heat is drawn from the last stage of the compressor, before the after-cooler. That's why it is worthy of paying attention to the piping connection before and after the after-cooler. The higher the hot air from compressor, the better the dewpoint. In case of the hot air is not enough to regenerate the desiccant completely, an auxiliary electric heater is normally utilized, boosting up the insufficient heat.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
Adsorption(Drying) The wet fluid stream air enters the on-stream tower through the proportional valve and 4-way ball valve and passes upward through the desiccant bed, where the water vapor is adsorbed onto the desiccant. The clean, dry air then exits the dryer through the 4-way ball valve.
Regeneration Heating The hot air from the compressor with low relative humidity flows into the top of the off-stream tower through the 3-way ball valve, the auxiliary electric heater, and the 4-way ball valve. It is then passed downward through the desiccant bed, countercurrent to the adsorption flow. The desorbed water vapor is cooled down and discharged at the cooler and separator. On the other hand, the below 38°C saturated air enters the proportional valve, where it combines with the inlet air.
Regeneration Cooling Once regeneration heating is complete, The cooling air branched out of the inlet air flows upward through the off-stream tower. The air from the tower after cooling down desiccant enters the regeneration cooler through the 4-way ball valve. The desorbed water vapor is cooled down and discharged at the cooler and separator. On the other hand, the below 38°C saturated air enters the proportional valve, where it combines with the inlet air
